i put the wrong email address in when i created the account.  i cannot access the email and i don't remember my password.

Hi @dgeng2362, thanks for messaging today.

 

Generally, in order to login to your account, you'd need access to the email address associated with the account itself, likewise with resetting the password.

 

Have you tried the steps here in order to attempt to regain access to the account?
