I tried to upgrade my account with different credit card .it shows " There was an error completing payment" in all browser pls advise,

Hey @santsame2, I'm sorry to hear you're still having issues with this!
I'd suggest contacting your bank, since your error message notes an issue with completing the payment.
If they don't see any issues from there side, then please reply back to the email that I sent you previously so we can look into this together.
Also, if your account isn't upgraded, then we won't have any of your billing info in our system as this is removed when the account downgrades.
