"Unknown error, please contact Dropbox customer support"

Everytime I'm trying to sgin in from the Dropbox app Android this message will come to me even though I tried different emails and I'm having this problem for two days now. I have Huawel Y7 prime 2018
But when I try to sgin in to Dropbox from the Google chrome there is no problem I can see all my documents.

Can You please send me the solution for that problem. Why I can't sgin in from the Dropbox app Android?

Hello @Dr-Tariq. Sorry to hear about this access issue. 

Seems like it is stuck. This is probably why this error is so generic.

I suggest to reinstall the Dropbox mobile app and try again. If the error is back then I suggest to try to reset your password.

I know it is frustrating to not have access to your account. 

You did the right thing @Dr-Tariq. I just located the ticket you have with us. It is already in the appropriate department. I added my notes and the solution will be provided there.

Yes it's frustrating and I have this problem for two days now. I have important things there, I hope they will reply to me with the solution as soon as possible.
