re-apply a Quicken 5 GB storage coupon

New member | Level 2

Hi all,

I have 2 personal Dropbox accounts. I went to apply my Quicken 5 GB of Dropbox space to the wrong personal account. I want to apply it to my other Dropbox account. There doesn't seem to be a way to unapply the coupon to my first account. Can I do this?

Regards,

Scott Barnett

That's not possible. Bonus space cannot be transferred to a different account. Once a coupon has been applied, it can't be applied to another account.

That's unfortunate. What if I cancel the Dropbox account where the 5 GB was applied? If I do that, can I then apply that coupon to my other account?

Hi @scobar1; how are you today?

I'm sorry to let you know about this, but no, even if you deleted the account you applied the coupon on, you wouln't be able to re-use the same coupon code.

I hope this clears things up and please let us know if you have any more questions.
