i had delete my business acount by mistake,how can i recovery my account ???

If your account was closed due to inactivity then I'm afraid there isn't much we can do as the account wouldn't be recoverable.
Having said that, can you just confirm for me that the account was indeed deleted due to inactivity? Did you receive emails specifying this reason?
You mentioned that this was a business account, do you mean that you used this account for your business (but a Basic free plan) or that it was under a Business subscription?
