A hacker called Xfinity and was able to trick the agent into replace my phone. They then reset the password and gained access to my email. Next they successfully reset the password on dropbox. I have evidence of this... the confirmation email from dropbox "You've successfully reset your Dropbox password" was received at 2:48p ET yesterday.  So, I know for sure I had a hacker surfing my files and folders. My bad for not having 2FA turned on and worse for having a 2020 tax return folder with a bunch of docs for a CPA. **bleep**.

I'd like to know if there's a detailed log of events that happened on my account? Did they download files, link to a device, view certain files, etc.

When I go into the Activity window I see nothing from this intruder. I see my wife deleting files and me deleting some stuff from May 3rd, but nothing in between. I think it's very unlikely that the hacker gained access to my account and did nothing. Can I know for certain based on log files from my account?

Oh dear.

Unfortunately the ONLY logs that are stored are at www.dropbox.com/events and the tabs at www.dropbox.com/account where it shows devices logged in. No other data is retained or available.
