I cancel the dropbox,but they have already withdrawn money for the dropbox plus for the next year,I closed it, now my billing says Adjustment for Refund.
I would like to know if I will get a return ?

If you can see that message in the payments page on your account, then it means that it has already been authorized by the system.
It can take 3-4 working days for the funds to return to the original payment method.

I still haven't received anything
Do I just have to wait?
If you haven't received anything within 3 working days, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by logging into your account, clicking this support link, scrolling down to 'Submit a help request', and providing as much info as possible.
