regarding reactivating the account

I have been using the dropbox form for many years but it got deactivated. I need that as soon as possible I have my files in it. I got a mail saying if I want to reactivate the dropbox I should drop a mail to the help section but that doesn't work. can you please help me solving this problem. my account id is [email address removed as per Community Guidelines]

Hey there @horneydevil143,

If you've received an email about inactivity in your Dropbox account, simply signing into the account online is enough to let us know that your account is still active.

That being said, to be sure of the status of your account we would need to continue this discussion through our Support channel. I was able to locate your open tickets and I've passed along your comments here, and one of our agents will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
