All of our employees have their dropbox accounts on the company credit card. One has left but we are still getting charged for dropbox. She wont answer emails or calls. How can i stop this without cancelling the credit card?
Are you paying for individual Dropbox accounts with the card itself, or is this member part of a Dropbox Business team?
If you know the exact transaction ID for their recent payment, according to your card statements and the card lookup tool, which will also provide their email address, then you can contact the support team directly with this information.
They should be able to assist from there on in cancelling the renewal of that subscription.
Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system!
