I had trouble signing in from my ipad, so I changed my password. The new password works on my computer, via the dropbox website (which I used to change the password), but does not work on the ipad app. I want to transfer files from my ipad to my computer, so this is quite frustrating.
I have found no way to chat with a human at dropbox, and the chatbot is no help.
It's an old one - ipad 2, I think, with 7.1.1. I only use one email address. I don't use the ipad much. However, I have changed my mail settings sufficiently that I could email myself the files I wanted, so using dropbox is not important right now. Still, it seems strange that my password is accepted on on edevice and not on another.
