so confusing

so confusing

New member | Level 2

1) I started to set up an account. I think I set it up & I think it was free.

2) Then I tried to use it. It wouldn't allow me to log in. Obviously I had a valid log in as I am logged in now. I only replied to an email & did not initiate the log in.

3) Then I tried to set up a second account for different purposes. It froze me out. I kept going in circles. I used a different email address.

4) Apparently there is a point that there is a charge or fee. That is not adequately explained.

5) Too many different names. Like Team something. Keep it simple so I don't have to go to college to figure it out. Which is why I am not using it.

6) Apparently there is no real support. I have too many issues for a volunteer to help me.

Re: so confusing

Hey @holmsale, happy Monday!

Did you manage to create an account on your end?

Would you mind providing me a bit more info as to the issues you're facing on your end?

Details or screenshots are welcome.

Thank you.
