A friend of mine has followed my referral link and has installed dropbox on his computer but I do not see it here
Strangely all the referrals are added only to my personal account, not to work account, however, both personal and work show up the same referral links. Is there any way to discuss this with the support team. I could not find any email address to contact.

I´ve the same problem, i invite a friend (student) to register, install and use the drop at the his computer and i dind´t receive the 500MB bonus. This is not the first time and i give up the "Referral System".
It´s a good question and i hope you receive some aswers from the support or community.

Also, when your friend went through the process, are you certain that they created a new account directly from your referral link? Did they receive any bonus space either?

Just before I reached out to you, I located your recent case for this associated with the email linked with your Community profile.

Thank´s for the reply. The status are Invitation sent and some of them are Waiting for Install.
I was with them and help them register, download and install. So... that´s why i give up.

Can you let me know exactly what isn't working? If you didn't receive space for a referral you sent, please let me know what the status shows next to the referral under your Plan page here.

I sent the invitation to my wife a lot of time ago, but now she open an account from my laptop, I told her delete it and do it again from her own laptop, she did it, but now the message is:
