dear sirs,

 

This is one of the worst websites to try and get any response or to communicate  with.  I think I started a trial membership for one month and remember today being the end of it.  I want to cancel the pro membership and stay with the free version but I have tried several times to get some response and I get nothing.  Will someone please contact me in the morning so that I will have a clue what is  going on.?   By far, one of the worst platforms!!!

You should be able to cancel the trial yourself. Refer to the following help article:
