switch from basic to plus

I subscribed to the dropbox Plus package on October 9th. I received a confirmation email but on my personal account, it is still the dropbox basic package that appears. What can I do to update my package?

Hey @Florence, let's see what we can find on this. 


If you don't see the upgrade, it could be that you're signed in to a different Dropbox account. 


You can cross-check this by seeing if the email address you received the confirmation for is the same as the one shown in your:

  • Website - General tab.
  • Desktop app - Dropbox icon > avatar icon > Preferences > Account tab.
  • Mobile app - Account tab (iOS) or Settings (Android).

If you are signed in to the same Dropbox account, could you let me know how you subscribed?
