what I found annoying is the fact you can't switch the business account back to personal after the trial / expiration.so if you don't like the business one or decide you don't need it, you can't switch it back unless wait to be billed?! the first page I was seeing was "log into your account while I was already logged in and I ve became frustrated looking around for an option or a button to switch.

If you signed up for a Business trial, you can cancel it before it ends, so that you don’t get charged.
Could you try following these steps and let me know how it goes?
