trouble cancelling professional trial

I have same issues as others trying to cancel 30 day trial for professional which I did on desktop

I have no options when hitting Plan tab to manage...why is this so difficult to do?

Hi @mark2700, thanks for checking in. 

 

If you don't see the option to cancel your trial, could it be that you're already on a Basic account?

 

Could you send me a screenshot (without any personal info) of what the Plan tab shows?
