trouble shooting file access with two accounts

Hi. It seems my company account is overlapping my personal account and not recognizing space. I cannot open a shared folder, though using web based site on desktop to access DB. DB saying I am out of space and our account has ample space. It seems DB is not differentiating the two accounts even though the log-ins are different.

Hi there @CWP21333, thanks for checking in with us.

Each account is associated with a unique email address, so the first step would be to check which one is connected to your personal account.

Since you mention that you're using the website, you can do that by going to the General tab.

Once you do that, could you double-check the email that the shared folders are being sent to?

Also, have a look at your Plan tab to see which subscription you are on.

Let me know what you find and I'll make sure to get back to you as soon as possible. Cheers!
