Almost two years ago, I changed my phonenumber. Sadly it was still connected to my dropbox by two-step verification. I don’t have my backup codes saved and my old phonenumber is still not connected to a new user. Can anybody help me out so I can get access to my dropbox account?

Without either the device or the backup codes it isnt possible I'm afraid. 

 

If you are logged in somewhere already download everything and set up a new account.

Do you have other connected devices associated with that account?

Have you tried the steps in this article to see if they help?

No, unfortunately I don’t have my dropbox linked to another device. Is it possible to get in contact with a dropbox employer, who can maybe help me out if i can prove the dropbox account is mine?

Unfortunately, it wouldn't be possible to regain access, even via our support team, if you don't have access to the phone number, the emergency backup codes, or another connected device.
