I am getting charged repeatedly on my credit card by dropbox and I only have a basic plan. I have used the credit chard billing look-up and have found that all 5 of the charges on my card over the past few months are all associated to some random email that I don't recognize.
Please help resolve this issue. I have been reporting these fradulent charges with my credit card company already and have been receiving new cards with a new number. However, these dropbox charges keep coming up.

Even though it sounds like your credit card (or billing information) may have been compromised, I'd suggest reaching out to our support team for further assistance.
Just make sure to use an incognito window without signing into any account and from this page, click on the 'Need help with a billing issue?' button and submit a Help Request from the relevant option at the bottom of the page and input your payment's information along with an email address we can reach you.
