Hi, I am not able to change the address to update my billing information.
can you please help.
Currently it is set as Australia but it should be changed to Singapore.

Hey @mesya0801; welcome to our Community and thanks for using Dropbox!
Changing billing country would also change the currency, which is something we cannot currently allow for renewals as you found out.
However, if you would prefer to subscribe from a different billing country, you will first have to cancel your current subscription at the following page:
https://www.dropbox.com/downgrade
Please note that no files would be deleted, although sync would pause for the time being before you upgrade again.
From there you'll be able to re-upgrade your account with your current billing information to the plan you like:
