i have been billed for my dropbox plus for a couple of months but my account only shows up as the basic account and i cannot figure out how to fix this. same email address, same pc only use dropbox from one machine getting totally fed up paid through paypal which is getting regularly billed the transaction id from paypal does not match the suggested dropbox 12 character to check my account

I'd suggest reaching out to our Support team by submitting a ticket from here, so they can assist you with this further.
Once you've done that, you'll receive a ticket number (eg. #1234567) which you can let me know here, so I can pass along the info you've already provided.
