I have issues with my dropbox accounts for more than two years and cannot communicate with one person for resolution.  What is the problem with customer support and help?

This is the biggest Problem.  I am texting again and not talking with a person who can actually help.

 

My business account was originally set up with my business partner, who is not with us any longer.  When the renewal came up, he was the only one with the creditentials.  So almost all my past documents cannot be recaptured.  Or so it appears.

 

I have set up two new Dropbox accounts but somehow they are connecting back to the original account on my computer and limiting access.  I am not able to add the rest of the team to any accounts.  

 

I can simply show this to someone in dropbox so it can be better explained, but it is amazing "dropbox" will contact me if a credit card is not processing but will not help to retreive and use documents stored.  

I am exceptionally frustrated.

Hey @Bario, generally, your support options are based on the sort of account that you have, and you can find yours from this page

 

However, we are here to do our best to find a solution with you!

 

From the sounds of it, it seems like the team ended up in a locked state

 

This means that syncing stops until the admin chooses to either disband the team or upgrade it. 

 

If you are the team admin, could you go to this link to find these options?
