I have a hotmail.ca  email address, not .com.  I know my password and can log into Dropbox on computers and some devices, but an older Samsung tab4 running Android 5.1.1 keeps asking "Did you mean ****@hotmail.com?" (with nowhere to say no or confirm) and doesn't sign in.  The app cannot be uninstalled, but I've deleted its data, then disabled and re-enabled the app, but neither helped.  Before I reset the seriously-slow tablet, Dropbox worked fine on it.

Hi @s r; welcome to our Community!

 

I'm afraid you won't be able to use the mobile app on an Android device which isn't running on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or later as outlined here.

 

Regarding the uninstalling issue, could you let me know what exactly happens when you try to uninstall it and/or send me a screenshot of the last screen you get before you bump into this issue?
