hi!

yesterday, I's bank charged 119.88 usd but I did'nt upgrade my account. And now my account still basic account.

Pls help me check this problem.

Hey there @Thuy Dang, I'm sorry to hear that!

 

Since your account is still showing as Basic, you can use our look up tool here to see which account this upgrade was applied to.

 

Also, can you let me know if the charge was perhaps made through Google or Apple? In this case, the upgrade would have been made through the app store and the subscription would be handled through the app store.

 

Let me know and we can go from there!
