The links are in the first post of this topic. Either install from one of those, or enable the Early Releases option on your Account page on the Dropbox website.

The link for "More Info" on the "Restart your computer" step in the Beta backup Mac files leads to error webpage.

The link for "How to Replace" brings up an Apple support document (https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/dock-mh35859/mac) that doesn't explain where to find the "new" folders to add to the Dock.
The location appears to be My Mac(Computer Name)/Documents underneath the Dropbox root.
