A) They aren't puting resources to resolve the issues. This could deal in a suddenly appearance of Big Sur final with Dropbox not working yet.
B) They have a serious issue with the "intelligent sync" and still don't know how to resolve it.
In any case, they must be transparent and told us the status. I have crystal clear that on Big Sur release date, Drobpox is not ready, I will go back to iCloud Drive.
Perhaps if you had more engineers working on the product and making it work smoothly (as it once did years ago), instead of marketing people greenlighting stupid useless features or designers working on logos and colors nobody cares about, we users would be praising Dropbox instead of feeling locked in and constantly scanning for viable alternatives. Just a thought.

After a Dropbox crash just on first run after update seems working with "Bug" Sur Beta 7 in my iMac with a F(* ) Fusion Drive (SSD + SSD) with my Documents, Desktop and Download folders attached into Dropbox.
The way we work is changing. Share and discover new ways to work smarter with Dropbox in our community.Sound good? Let's get started.
