And again and again the link Offline Installer (64 bit) downloads a 2 Kb in size.Now the 32-bit installer downloads 800 Kb in size.Mess!

On the 5th download attempt, the server returned complete installers. In general, there is clearly a problem on the side of the balancer or something similar
