404 when editing with excel or google sheets

I cannot edit any files within dropbox using excel online or google sheets.

I have tried within chrome, incognito, on a separate machine in the office, and on a separate home machine.

All attempts give me a 404 when I try to open excel files through Excel online or through Google sheets. 

I tried uploading a new file to dropbox. After the file uploaded, I get the same result. I cannot edit the file as I get a 404 window when I attempt to open Excel online or google sheets.  

the only file I am able to open is a test book that I created within dropbox. All other files will not work. This started happening a few days ago.

Could you forward a screenshot showing the error you're getting?

What version of Excel were those other files created on?

Any other info would be helpful!
