5 May 2020 - need to rewind folder and files - not working

I have a business account with dropbox and am looking for a deleted folder from 5 May 2020. I see it on my history - but cannot rewind and get the file. Please help~!

Hi there

Since you have a Business account, you will need to reach out to your team admin as only Admins can perform the rewind function by default (it can be changed). Take a look at this link: https/help.dropbox.com/files-folders/restore-delete/rewind

By default, only admins on Dropbox Business teams can use Dropbox Rewind. However, admins can change this setting to allow team members to use Dropbox Rewind.
