I have a personal dropbox folder which I can access online no problem. I have 2 clients who use dropbox business and have given me access which I have and have accessed those folders before. Today I can't go to those folders in dropbox online? Dropbox online is just bringing up my personal folder not my business folders. Can anyone please help??

Hey there @Baden, thanks for reaching out to us here!

 

Can you clarify for me, how was the folder shared with you? Did they send you a link to the folder so you can view the contents, or did you have edit rights to the folder?

 

If the folders were appearing alongside your personal folders in your account online, can you please check in your sharing tab for those folders?

 

Let me know and we can go from there!
