A co-worker updated their email address and now they can't see any of their old files, any ideas?

Hello,

 

One of our co-workers recently updated his email address. He is not able to see any of the old files after updating the email address. What can he do to recover all the files? Thank you,

Hello @Rainbowj 

 

Did your co-worker happen to have files shared to him using the previous email address? If so I recommend that your co-worker changes the email back to the previous email to gain access to the shared files. Also has your co-worker checked the "All Files" section on his dropbox.com account? That's where all of his Dropbox files should be located. For more information on recovering missing files go to https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/security/missing-reappearing-corrupted-files. I hope this helps!
