A lot of my files are synced to the pc but remain cloud based. Some of the programs mentioned only work if the files are downloaded onto the PC, is there a way to do this in the cloud?

Dropboxer

Thanks for reaching out to us here @eihpos123!

To be able to work on the files locally on your computer with the apps you have installed on your computer, the files will need to be synced locally.

We do have some online integrations with other apps, to allow you to edit the files through the website, such as Microsoft Office Online.

If you'd like to, I can suggest checking if there are any relevant online integrations to edit the file via the website with these steps.

Let me know if this helps!
