I've been looking for this too.

I've got around it by:

1. copying the required text from the original document;

2. pasting it into a plain text editor;

3. copying it again from there, and pasting into Dropbox Paper.

Hey peeps!

I just wanted to give an update here as this can be done through OS specific actions. When pasting, via keyboard commands you just need to add in the Shift key.

For example, on Windows use Ctrl+Shift+V. On a Apple devices, use Command+Shift+V.

You can also right click and choose "Paste as plain text" on Windows devices.

I hope this helps!
