About 89 days ago I deleted a file. Can I restore it? Currently I use a free account. Do I have more options if I upgrade (regarding this file!)?

Hi there @anonymous, thanks for posting your question here. 

 

Basic (free) accounts can recover a deleted files within 30 days of being removed. 

 

I'm afraid that upgrading the account won't affect the restoration window, as it's not retroactive. 

 

Do you by any chance have the file you're looking for saved elsewhere? Maybe locally on your computer?
