I was added to a Dropbox Business Account by a colleague who used the same email as my personal account.
When I accepted, my personal account became a subfolder of the Business account.
Consequently, I asked my colleague to remove this email from the Business account and use another of my email addresses. When they did this, it then said my personal account had been deleted and I can't log in! HELP PLEASE! Have I lost everything??
Account has been restored but it is not clear how to remove my account from the team so it is standalone again? The only options in the admin console are ‘suspend member’ ( or ‘delete member’ which is what happened last time. Any suggestions welcomed! Thanks
