Received a message today from a client that all of the files in our shared folder were missing! When I logged in & saw that he was indeed correct, I checked my other files.....EVERYTHING IS GONE out of ALL BUT ONE of my folders!!!!
I have since checked the "Deleted Files" section, and it only shows a few that I deleted today. Then I checked in "Events", AND THERE THEY ALL ARE with no way to get them back 😭 It looks like I'm the one that deleted them, but I guarantee I don't remember doing that. It was absolutely an accident that I was completely unaware had even happened. What on earth can I do? I'm officially in PANIC MODE!
