Accidentally synced all my files and now I can't run my business...

So when setting up Dropbox the other day I accidentally synced all the folders necessary to run my business instead of just the one folder we share throughout the company. Since then it has been a 24-hour ordeal trying to figure out how to unsync these files. When going to Preferences>Sync and unselecting the folder, I hit apply and nothing happens. I keep getting an alert saying the Dropbox is full, and most of these files are not finished syncing and are stuck in some limbo. I just need to get my business up and running. If there is some sort of Dropbox support line or TeamViewer assistance that they offer I need it ASAP. Thanks!

Hi there @skhoury12, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this!

 

Your Support options (such as live support) depend on your account's current plan, which you can check out here. I'd be happy to help out though if you'd like.

 

Just to clarify, can you let me know if you meant to just select one folder from your Dropbox account online to sync locally?

 

Or perhaps during the setup of the app, was the computer backup feature enabled and is now syncing your Desktop, Documents and Downloads folders?
