Hello. I’ve had an account with drop box for years and now that I’ve logged in, I don’t see any files. How do I go about recovering them?

When was the last time you signed in to the account? If the account had been idle for more than a year, then the account was likely deleted due to inactivity, and you're now signed in to a new, empty account.
