Adding Subfolders

How can I add subfolders without having to create a folder in the main category and drag it over under another folder? I feel like there used to be a way where you could just add folders within folders without taking this extra step. Can anyone advise on how to do this? Thanks. I have a lot of folders within folders.

Can you please try navigating inside the folder in question and click on the 'create' button?

This should give you an option to create a new folder inside the main folder you were looking at.
