I have just started to use the scan documents function with my iPad. It works well, except for one part. When I want to adjust the the borders of my scanned document, the image presented on my large iPad screen is very small, almost too small to work with easily. Is there a way to make this image almost full-screen for the purpose of adjusting borders? Thanks.
Hi @HollowayHobie, thanks for joining the Community!
Could you let me know what iPad you’re using, and the version of the Dropbox mobile app and iOS? Does rotating the screen allow you a larger view of the scan?
Could you forward a screenshot showing an example of what you’re experiencing?
Keep me posted!
I'm using iPad Pro 2nd generation with 12.9 inch screen. I just updated the Dropbox app 2 days ago, so I believe I'm using the current version 176.2. I'm using iOS 13.3.1. I generally do all of my scans in portrait orientation. Rotating the screen to landscape does not make the image larger. Attached is a screenshot of the adjust borders screen of a scan I did a few minutes ago. Thanks.
I don’t see an image attached here, @HollowayHobie. Could you try again so I can see what you’re viewing? Thanks!
You can’t attach files on the forum, only images. Try uploading the image again using this option.
Thanks for the image, @HollowayHobie.
As of yet, it isn’t possible to increase the size of the scanning window, however, I’ve noted your feedback in our system.
