After reorganizing some files in a shared folder, we're out of space. Any ideas?

This writers critique group has a overview file shared by 17 members. Each one posts writing ... typically text-only Word documents ... in weekly folders. All of a sudden (after a reorg of files) we are out of space. When I look at members' usage, most are 4% of capacity. One is 96%, even though her files are like everyone else's. Is it possible that another DB account in her name is comingled with ours?

Can you clarify for me what your account's current plan is? From what you mentioned, it seems that you might be using individual personal accounts.

If you're not sure, you can check this on your Plan page here.

Also, if that particular member of the folder checks their Plan page, what do they see for their storage usage there? Eg. X GB out of X GB used.
