I regularly recieve film photography from a lab into Dropbox. I went to access one of the folders through a link in my email (as usual) and the Dropbox page threw an error (and linked me to /support). I then went to incognito mode and logged into my account from there and was suprised to see there were no files or folders at all, even in the previously deleted section.
I recently reset my password but have not made any other changes to the account. I would have never deleted these folders of my film, the pictures are very special to me. Nobody else has my password.
