All files are missing

Hello,

I have two dropbox accounts which I don't use that often, but have been storing files in for years. I just went to grab files from my accounts and both are completely empty. I haven't deleted any files, but everything is gone. Please help!!!

Both are saying 'no activity' like they're new accounts

That means one of two things then.... you've either set up a new account OR your old accounts became dormant and were deleted and so when you've come back to Dropbox you've created a new account. 

Do things like check your email to see if the address you are using now matches the account email - e.g. @googlemail.com and @gmail.com are the same at Google BUT different here. 

If it is the same account I'm afraid it looks like you've ignored all the emails about logging in and not done so in a long time (a year) hence its been wiped :(
