All files on PC wiped after deleting files from Dropbox that were synced from my computer.

Can you try following these steps to restore the files you deleted?
Otherwise, please check your computer's recycling bin to see if they can be restored from there.
Once we've worked on restoring the files back to your computer, we can then disable the computer backup.
