Hello, someone to help? There was a long time that I havent acessed my acconunt on Dropbox. Today I have a surprise, I did not find any of my documents and I did not deleted them from my computer or from the dropbox account.
Hey @Anniss, let's see what we can find.
Generally, if the account hasn't been used for more than 12 months, it's considered inactive.
Do you remember the last time you used your account?
Also, have you double-checked that you used the same email address to sign in?
You can see which email you used on the web by going to the General tab.
Give me a nudge whenever you have any updates on this, thanks!

Hello Lusil, thanks for your help.
I've checked my account 3 months ago, so I dont think it's an inactivation issue.
Yes, I'm sure that I'm using the same email as before.
The problem is that some folders were synchronized in my computer and now I can't get the access because it says that they were moved ou deleted and I'm 100% sure that I haven't done that. Here is the message I've got, as the figure below: "DISSERTATION is not available. If the location is on this computer, check that the device or drive is connected, or that the disc is inserted, and try again. If the location is on a network, confirm that you are connected to the network or the internet and try again. If it still cannot be found, it may have been moved or deleted."
Hey @Anniss; how are you today?
I'm sorry to jump in here, but I just wanted to mention that it looks like you enabled the computer backup feature on your computer and the backed up folders seem to be still syncing based on their syncing icons in your screenshot.
Could you please let us know what the app is reporting within your system tray?
