My various instruments were not syncing, so I uninstalled dropbox and then re installed it. Now all my files are gone. its as if I have a brand new account.

Hi there @Dave60, I'd be happy to help out with this!

Just to clarify, did you have the most recent version of your files on your devices, or in your Dropbox account online?

Also, was this all your connected devices that were not syncing? Did you recently check your account online or through the mobile app and see your files in your account there?

To see if you can restore your files from your account online, please try the steps outlined here.

If you don't see anything there, please check your Events page here and let me know if you see any recent events.

Let me know what you find and we'll go from there!
