Can't see files in any folder. It says 'folder is empty'. i checked in deleted folder but nothing in there. Checked in mobile app, same result. I tried to re-set password and login again, same result. Can someone help me please?

Can you check in your Events page to see if there are any actions related to the files you're looking for?
Also, if you do a search within your account for some of the file names you're looking for, do you get any results?
