Android App not autosaving documents

Androis app is not autosaving documents on pdf after being opened and close.

For example, i open on my Note phone an pdf document already stored on dropbox. Since i want to sign it, i had to open it on adobe pdf, then sign it. Before yesterday, after i sign it, and close the document or app, document automatically autosave as the most recent version (in this case, including sign).

However, since last update yesterday by Adobe PDF app on Android, documents are not autosaving when closed causing dropbox to register document opened, but not registering any changes made.

Please have a look to it. Its still working fine on IOS app.

Hello there @Imaxthunder, thanks for posting!

Once you've edited the file in Adobe, can you try tapping the "back" arrow from within the app (top left corner) and check to see if you see the file saving to Dropbox before closing the app?

You might see a small icon next to the file name to show that the changes are being synced back to Dropbox.

Exactly... it should show its saving once I hit the back arrow but it’s not doing it.

Still not working. If I do the same thing with a pdf but not in Dropbox, as soon as I hit the back button, it autosave. But if it is an pdf opened from Dropbox, it's not autosaving it. And checking reaction on the server, I see it reads that the file has been opened, but it does not save it when close.

Hi @Imaxthunder, we're not experiencing this issue here.

Could you try disconnecting the Adobe app from your Dropbox account, and then relink it by attempting to open the document again to see if it autosaves?

That didn’t solve it but ...
What really fix it was disconnecting Dropbox account on the Adobe app, restarting Adobe app, and link again Dropbox account.
Now it’s working great again.
