Impossible to access to my folder with AppleID Error 500. Any option ?

What OS version are you on?

Have you done a full restart yet?

Are you able to access dropbox.com?

Have you tried using a different browser to access your content?

I try Safari, Chrome, Edge and I have the same error . How to resolve this issue ?

Sorry to hear about this, @Twisig .

Do you try to access the folder through a shared link?

Could you try clearing your browser's cache, an incognito window and let me know if you're still getting the same error?

Hi @Twisig, could you clarify exactly what page you're trying to access? Are you logging into the Dropbox site, or viewing a link, or shared link?

There is also the possibility that a proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router issues could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains.
