First off, sorry if this is posted in the wrong spot ! I wasn't sure if there was a better way to report any errors specific to the dropbox community forums, and it seemed like the last post related to the topic was over a year old.. so here is a new post but please move as necessary.
Just checked my Dropbox forum account profile to see that there was a direct link under my 'Level' to apply to be a Super User (as image below). The link takes me to : [https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/custom.footer.super.user.link] and it brings to the error page (see screenshot).
I did eventually find the right link, but thought someone should know if it wasn't automatically reported.
